A large part of our business is in the custom built luxury home.  We focus on the importance of creating a positive, environmentally responsible and functional investment.

 Located off the coast of Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island is known for its world-class shelling and picturesque sunsets. It also is home to the largest collection of Wolter Group custom, waterfront homes, many of which are visible as you cross the Sanibel Causeway. The company has built or remodeled homes in the Beachview Country Club, Seaspray, The Sanctuary, Kinzie Island, Butterknife, the West Gulf Drive corridor and more.

 As the smaller, sister island to Sanibel, Captiva Island is home to the famous South Seas Plantation resort and some of the most spectacular waterfront homes in Florida. The Wolter Group builds custom homes in the private South Seas resort, as well as along the Gulf of Mexico and Roosevelt Channel. The island’s large properties provide ample privacy through vegetation and many are zoned to allow guest homes.
