Captiva Island

As the smaller, sister island to Sanibel, Captiva Island is home to the famous South Seas Plantation resort and some of the most spectacular waterfront homes in Florida. The Wolter Group builds custom homes in the private South Seas resort, as well as along the Gulf of Mexico and Roosevelt Channel. The island’s large properties provide ample privacy through vegetation and many are zoned to allow guest homes.

Headquartered in Ft. Myers, the Wolter Group has been building along the area's waterfront properties since 1987.
